Material Design Engineer(Rayong Based) - TPE, Chemicals Business

เนื้องานโดยย่อ:

• Responsible for Designing polymer structure based on existing plant technology, compounding formulation, and additive package to serve NPD/NAD and FI non-NPD
• Develop polymer compound technology related to MTP & Innovation strategy
• Build up networking with experts to catch up technology trend for supporting material design and additive technology

หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ:

• Develop self-knowledge and skills that align with the organization's direction
• Sometimes generate and develop technology exploration, idea generation, and proof of concept projects under the supervision
• Be a member of the NPD/TD program/project to achieve on-time/on-target
• Apply practical knowledge for developing and implementing technical solutions for cost saving, product improvement, and problem-solving of commercialized products
• Explore and maintain the relationship with a strategic network
• Fulfill capability and competency effectively through collaboration, partnership, and networking

คุณสมบัติ:

• Master's or Bachelor's degree in Polymer Science, Polymer Engineering and Material Science
• Achieved a minimum GPA of 2.7 for Undergraduate and 3.3 for Post-graduate studies.
• New Grad are welcome
• Good communication in both spoken and written English (required TOEIC at least 550)
• Having Experience in designing polymer structure a plus. 
• Problem-solving skills to analyze material-related issues and propose effective solutions.
• Strong understanding of material properties, including polymers and composites.
• Collaborative and good people management skills to manage relationships and achieve committed goals.
• Able to relocate in Rayong Province
